To work in the Ottawa region, you must have a security guard licence issued by the Government of Ontario. There is an agreement between Quebec and Ontario that allows you to use your licence issued by the Bureau de la Sécurité Privée to obtain your security guard licence in Ontario without having to take the training in that province.
